During my recent stay at the Dolphin Hotel, I found its culinary offerings to be quite impressive, particularly at the on-site restaurant. Breakfast was a simple yet delightful experience, featuring a diverse array of options that catered to various palates, including some familiar tastes for non-Indians like myself. Each morning, I embarked on a little culinary adventure, relishing the beautifully presented dishes that served as an excellent start to the day. The restaurant's ambiance contributed greatly to the dining experience, with a calm atmosphere that encouraged leisurely meals. The staff exhibited professionalism, always attentive without being intrusive, and I appreciated their readiness to assist when I needed help. While the hotel was undergoing some renovations, its cleanliness standards were commendable. The location, close to the river, made for enjoyable strolls, enhancing my overall experience. I did not utilize the tourism services, as I had local friends to explore with, but I would certainly recommend the Dolphin Hotel for anyone who appreciates good food in a serene setting.
